Records Request

In compliance with the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act and upon proper request, the Bluffton Police Department will, within ten days (excepting Saturdays, Sundays and legal public holidays) notify the public the written request has been received. Once that notification is made, the Bluffton Police Department will return the requested documents within 30 calendar days.

Incident Reports
Call-for-Service
Offense Reports

You can request a copy of a record one of the following ways:

In Person - by coming to the police facility located at 101 Progressive Street, Bluffton, SC 29910
Fax - you may fax a written request to 843-757-2269
Email - send an email request to reports[at]townofbluffton.com
